Each one hour session costs £55.
After your FREE consultation, a typical course consists of 5
one hour sessions with the following format:
Session 1
FREE Consultation
I will seek to gain a full understanding of you as a person
and determine the best way forward for successful
conception.
Reflexology therapy and Reiki healing will also be given to
bring about balance of mind and body, thereby creating the
best possible conditions for you to conceive.
Session 2
Self Hypnosis and Relaxation
I will teach you the art of self hypnosis and relaxation and
give you a relaxation CD to take home for further practice.
Reflexology therapy and Reiki healing will also be provided. |

Session 3
Past and Present
We will address any past or present negativity that could be
standing in the way of conception. Reflexology therapy and
Reiki healing will also be provided.
Session 4
Positivity and Visualisations
I will provide you with techniques to keep negativity at bay
and guidance on using special visualisations to prepare you
for having a baby. Reflexology therapy and Reiki healing
will also be provided.
Session 5
Deep Relaxation and Visualisation
We will explore further deepening techniques and positive
visualisations. Reflexology therapy and Reiki healing will
also be provided.
